Adam Deal-Lee Realty Group-Dickson, TN outdid themselves. We together got the job done with a few obstacles here and there as Adam Deal told us on day one, "None of these ever go absolutely perfect" but the result was what we were looking for and then some. I can't think of hearing of any realtor that has taken their own time and money to do something he did for me. Pictured above are two ramps he had constructed to make my life a little easier. That's A+ in my book folks. If you aren't convinced you need a realtor like Adam to help you with your next sale or purchase let me, give you one last example of how great our experience was. About a month ago this process started. At that point, my dad’s viewpoint on realtors in general wasn't so good to say the least. He's very old school and if it was up to him, you'd be able to knock on someone's door and just see who might be selling their house until you find a taker. {I'm not even old enough to know if that's how things were back in the day lol). To him, a realtor was nothing more than another person that got some money in the agonizing process of getting all your ducks in a row and making it to the closing table. But from day one (where in multiple conversations I had to listen to my father call this great man the "fly by night realtor" that Zillow just happened to hook me up with, now to through the closing process. Seeing the quality of his work transform my dad’s attitude literally to tears thanking Adam at the end for helping me and then some. I think that says a lot and if you're questioning the value of realtors this post is for you. Even if you're not, this post is for you. These people will meet you wherever you're at and carry (or roll) you home "pun possibly intended." 10/10 for us and the highest feedback possible is what these folks deserve! I apologize for the long post and admit it got very bold and personal at times but that's just me being real. #Adam Deal #REAL DEAL.

We loveeeee Adam!!! We called Adam for help a month ago when we were in desperate need of a realtor that would communicate in a timely fashion and had time for us. Adam stepped up to the plate and was a superhero from day one! He made this experience so Incredibly easy, he always told us that he had our backs and man was he right. We ran into a few bumps along the way and Adam had them hammered out in no time. Adam is so personable and was amazing to us and our kids. I never realized how fun and stress free buying a house could be. I've heard lots of horror stories about buying a house and the hoops that ha to be jumped through, Adam took the lead like the amazing Realtor he is, jumped through those hoops first thon help8d us through them. I couldn't imagine using anyone else as my agent and if we ever decide to sell and buy again Adam WILL remain our agent. We gained a beautiful new home and an amazing friend. If you are thinking of l1shng or buying, I highly, highly recommend you call him, you will not be disappointed with the level of care and transparency you will get when you hire Adam! I don’t even know where to begin with how amazing Adam Deal is! Before Adam was directed to us, my husband and I were looking on Zillow for houses for months. We finally found a house that we loved and requested a tour. Adam reached out to us within minutes of requesting and unfortunately it was already set to close to another family. Adam didn’t give up on us. After sending us a few listings, Adam asked us to meet up with him to go over exactly what we were looking for. Before we met up with him, we did our research and found that Adam was a veteran and with my husband being a veteran as well, we knew we had found the perfect realtor for us. He showed us a few houses, but only one really stuck out to us. He got us a tour the same day and we fell in love with it! We put in an offer and after a few hours of negotiating our offer, it was accepted! Then the process of all the paperwork and signatures began. He was with us every step of the way and we never felt left out of anything. He answered every question without hesitation and guide us in the right way. We are incredibly blessed to have such a caring realtor that went above and beyond for us. Little did we know that we would make a new forever friend. Thank you so much Adam Deal! When we started our process of buying a home 5 weeks ago ... we didn't think we would be moving into our first home in 5 weeks. We thought the process of buying a home was way harder and would take much longer. We came into this process thinking we were 6 months to a year out. The home buying process was rather easy, I'd imagine it would've been much harder had we not had Adam. From day one August 16, 2021 he helped us navigate Realtracs, signed us up for new listings in our "planned area" meaning that we wouldn't get any listings that didn't fit our needs & wants. He was very understanding to where we wanted our home, where we want our son to go to school and where we felt comfortable keeping our budget at. He wasn't pushy like other realtors can be especially with trying to get them to top out their budget. He let us tell him which house we wanted to see and made sure to make a time to fit it in for us. The first house we looked at we liked it but it had some issues that just couldn't be unnoticed, he worked with the other realtor who listed it and got us basically every detail. Most realtors will not do that and go the extra mile to help their customers. Needless to say we passed on that house and waited ... waited and waited. Then "the one" you know that one house that when you see the pictures, you fall in love, it checks all the boxes on your list. We texted Adam at 10pm that night literally mins after we seen the email come thru. We figured it was probably to late but Adam said all along you find that "one" send me a message day or night. Needless to say we saw our house next day, put in a great offer that Adam helped us work up. That offer was accepted. Everything checked out with inspection. The process rolled along and September 24, 2021 we closed on our home! If we didn't have Adam we would still be throwing our hard earned money away. If we ever decide to sell our home or purchase another home later in life, we plan to have Adam as our realtor. He is our realtor for life! If you don't have a realtor who is listening, understanding, professional and the "real deal" then your just missing out! You need Adam!!
